What we collect

If you send us an inquiry we receive what you typed into the form — your name, your email address, and whatever else you chose to tell us. We use it to answer you.

If you order online we receive the details needed to prepare and hand over that order. Card details go directly to our payment provider and never reach our servers.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping us bake, take payment for, or hand over your order.

Having it removed

Call us and ask. We will delete what we are not required to keep for tax or accounting reasons.
